2. Что хранится на устройстве
Игра сохраняет прогресс, настройки звука, сведения о принятии этой политики и выборе рекламных настроек. Ограниченный технический журнал последних действий и ошибок помогает разбирать сбои. Эти файлы хранятся в области данных приложения; игровой прогресс и журналы не отправляются на сервер APIHA автоматически. Учётная запись и ввод имени, телефона или электронной почты для игры не требуются.
3. Реклама на Android
Игра использует Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. Рекламный модуль и загрузка объявления запускаются после нажатия на кнопку просмотра видео. Отказ от просмотра не блокирует игру. Полный просмотр может дать указанную на кнопке игровую награду; незавершённый просмотр или ошибка загрузки её не дают.
При работе рекламы Яндекс может получать IP-адрес, сведения об устройстве, операционной системе и приложении, технические идентификаторы, сведения о запросах, показах, нажатиях и сбоях. IP-адрес может использоваться для приблизительного определения местоположения. Эти данные нужны для доставки и учёта рекламы, предотвращения мошенничества, диагностики и, если разрешено, персонализации. Игра отключает получение точной геолокации через рекламный SDK и не запрашивает доступ к контактам, микрофону или фотографиям для рекламы.

В текущей версии для iOS рекламный SDK не подключён; просмотр рекламы и соответствующие рекламные награды там недоступны.
4. Выбор пользователя
Перед началом игры мы предлагаем ознакомиться с политикой и подтвердить её принятие. Эта отметка сохраняется на устройстве вместе с версией документа. При существенном обновлении политики подтверждение может быть запрошено снова.
Разрешение на персонализированную рекламу — отдельный, необязательный выбор; по умолчанию оно выключено. Принятие политики само по себе не разрешает персонализацию. Выбор передаётся в Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. Отключение персонализации ограничивает соответствующую обработку согласно возможностям и правилам SDK, но не означает, что для доставки рекламы совсем не нужны технические данные.
Изменить выбор можно в разделе «Конфиденциальность» главного меню или меню паузы. Можно не смотреть рекламу. Для полного отказа от дальнейшего использования приложения его можно закрыть и удалить.
5. Передача данных и внешние ссылки
APIHA не продаёт игровые сохранения и не передаёт их рекламодателям. При просмотре рекламы данные получает Яндекс и обрабатывает их, в том числе с привлечением предусмотренных его политикой получателей. Расположение серверов и условия трансграничной обработки определяются политикой поставщика и применимым законодательством. Необходимые сведения также могут быть предоставлены по законному требованию уполномоченных органов.
При открытии политики на сайте браузер обращается к apiha.ru; веб-сервер может получать IP-адрес и технические сведения о запросе. Сама страница политики не содержит рекламных скриптов, счётчиков или форм сбора данных. Переход по внешним ссылкам регулируется правилами соответствующих сайтов.
6. Хранение, резервные копии и удаление
Локальные сохранения и настройки хранятся до их удаления средствами устройства или удаления приложения с его данными. Система Android/iOS может включать данные приложения в резервную копию согласно настройкам устройства и правилам её поставщика. Удаление приложения не всегда удаляет ранее созданные системные резервные копии; ими нужно управлять в настройках резервного копирования.
Технический журнал игры ограничен по объёму. Сроки хранения данных рекламным поставщиком определяются его политикой; APIHA не устанавливает для него собственный срок. Для запросов о данных Яндекса используйте указанные в его политике способы обращения. Если вы сами прислали нам письмо или журнал для поддержки, мы используем их для ответа и решения обращения и храним только на необходимый для этого срок либо срок, установленный законом.
7. Защита и права
Мы ограничиваем доступ к данным приложения средствами платформы и принимаем разумные меры для их защиты. Абсолютная защищённость любого устройства, соединения или хранилища не гарантируется. В объёме, предусмотренном применимым законодательством, вы можете запросить сведения об обработке ваших данных, их исправление или удаление, ограничить обработку, отозвать ранее данное согласие и обратиться в уполномоченный орган. Отзыв согласия не отменяет законность предшествующей обработки. Для обращений к APIHA: support@apiha.ru.
8. Несовершеннолетние
Мы не запрашиваем у игроков персональные данные для регистрации. Если игрок несовершеннолетний, ознакомление с политикой и допустимость использования рекламных функций следует обсудить с родителем или законным представителем. Не включайте персонализацию для ребёнка. Если вы считаете, что ребёнок передал нам данные, напишите на support@apiha.ru, чтобы мы проверили обращение и приняли необходимые меры.
9. Обновления

1. Who is responsible for the game
The game is developed by APIHA. For questions about data processing, access, correction or deletion, write to support@apiha.ru. Include the game’s name and the purpose of your request. Do not send passwords or payment details.
2. Data stored on your device
The game saves progress, sound settings, acceptance of this policy and advertising preferences. A limited technical log of recent actions and errors helps investigate crashes. These files are stored in the app’s data area; game progress and logs are not automatically sent to APIHA servers. Playing does not require an account or your name, phone number or email address.
3. Advertising on Android
The game uses Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. The advertising module starts and loads an ad after you tap the video button. Choosing not to watch does not block the game. Watching to the end may grant the in-game reward shown on the button; incomplete viewing or a loading error does not grant it.
When ads run, Yandex may receive your IP address, device, operating system and app information, technical identifiers, and information about requests, impressions, taps and errors. The IP address may be used to estimate your location. This data supports ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics and, if permitted, personalisation. The game disables precise geolocation collection through the advertising SDK and does not request access to contacts, microphone or photos for advertising.

The current iOS version has no advertising SDK; ads and their associated rewards are unavailable there.
4. Your choices
Before playing, we ask you to read and accept this policy. Acceptance is saved on your device together with the document version. A significant policy update may require acceptance again.
Permission for personalised ads is a separate, optional choice, disabled by default. Accepting the policy does not itself authorise personalisation. Your choice is passed to Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. Disabling personalisation limits the corresponding processing according to the SDK’s capabilities and rules; it does not mean ad delivery requires no technical data.
You can change your choice under Privacy in the main or pause menu. You may choose not to watch ads. To stop using the app entirely, close and uninstall it.
5. Data sharing and external links
APIHA does not sell game saves or share them with advertisers. When you watch ads, Yandex receives data and processes it, including through recipients described in its policy. Server locations and cross-border processing conditions are governed by the provider’s policy and applicable law. Required information may also be disclosed in response to lawful requests from authorised authorities.
Opening the policy on the website makes your browser contact apiha.ru; the web server may receive your IP address and technical request information. The policy page itself contains no advertising scripts, analytics counters or data collection forms. External links are subject to the respective sites’ rules.
6. Retention, backups and deletion
Local saves and settings remain until you delete them using device controls or uninstall the app with its data. Android/iOS may include app data in system backups according to device settings and the platform provider’s rules. Uninstalling the app does not always remove existing system backups; manage them in your backup settings.
The game’s technical log is size-limited. The advertising provider’s policy determines its data retention periods; APIHA does not set a separate period for it. For requests about Yandex data, use the contact methods in its policy. If you send us an email or log for support, we use it to respond and resolve your request, and retain it only as long as necessary for that purpose or as required by law.
7. Security and rights
We restrict access to app data using platform safeguards and take reasonable steps to protect it. Absolute security of any device, connection or storage cannot be guaranteed. As provided by applicable law, you may request information about the processing of your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and contact the competent authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact APIHA at support@apiha.ru.
8. Minors
We do not request players’ personal data for registration. If the player is a minor, reading this policy and deciding whether advertising features are appropriate should involve a parent or legal representative. Do not enable personalisation for a child. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to support@apiha.ru so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Updates
The current published version is available at https://apiha.ru/product/ancienttribes/privacy_policy/. The in-game document matches the version stated above. If new data processing methods are added, the policy and choices screen will be updated.

3. Werbung auf Android
Das Spiel nutzt Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. Das Werbemodul startet und lädt eine Anzeige, nachdem Sie auf die Videoschaltfläche tippen. Nicht anzusehen blockiert das Spiel nicht. Vollständiges Ansehen kann die auf der Schaltfläche genannte Spielbelohnung gewähren; bei Abbruch oder Ladefehler wird sie nicht vergeben.
Bei der Werbung kann Yandex IP-Adresse, Geräte-, Betriebssystem- und App-Informationen, technische Kennungen sowie Angaben zu Anfragen, Einblendungen, Klicks und Fehlern erhalten. Die IP-Adresse kann zur ungefähren Standortbestimmung dienen. Diese Daten werden zur Auslieferung und Messung von Werbung, Betrugsvermeidung, Diagnose und, sofern erlaubt, Personalisierung verwendet. Das Spiel deaktiviert die Erfassung genauer Standortdaten durch das Werbe-SDK und verlangt für Werbung keinen Zugriff auf Kontakte, Mikrofon oder Fotos.

5. Datenweitergabe und externe Links
APIHA verkauft keine Spielstände und gibt sie nicht an Werbetreibende weiter. Beim Ansehen von Werbung erhält Yandex Daten und verarbeitet sie, auch unter Einbeziehung der in seiner Richtlinie genannten Empfänger. Serverstandorte und Bedingungen grenzüberschreitender Verarbeitung richten sich nach der Anbieterrichtlinie und geltendem Recht. Erforderliche Informationen können auch auf rechtmäßige Anfrage zuständiger Behörden bereitgestellt werden.

6. Speicherung, Sicherungskopien und Löschung
Lokale Spielstände und Einstellungen bleiben erhalten, bis Sie sie über Gerätefunktionen oder durch Deinstallation der App samt Daten löschen. Android/iOS kann App-Daten entsprechend Geräteeinstellungen und Anbieterregeln in Sicherungskopien aufnehmen. Eine Deinstallation entfernt bestehende Systemsicherungen nicht immer; verwalten Sie diese in den Sicherungseinstellungen.
Das technische Spielprotokoll ist größenbegrenzt. Die Speicherfristen des Werbeanbieters richten sich nach dessen Richtlinie; APIHA legt dafür keine eigene Frist fest. Anfragen zu Yandex-Daten richten Sie über die dort genannten Kontaktwege. Senden Sie uns eine E-Mail oder ein Protokoll für den Support, nutzen wir diese zur Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens und speichern sie nur so lange wie dafür nötig oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
7. Schutz und Rechte
Wir beschränken den Zugriff auf App-Daten mit Plattformmitteln und treffen angemessene Schutzmaßnahmen. Absolute Sicherheit von Geräten, Verbindungen oder Speichern kann nicht garantiert werden. Im Rahmen des geltenden Rechts können Sie Auskunft zur Verarbeitung, Berichtigung oder Löschung Ihrer Daten und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung verlangen, Einwilligungen widerrufen und sich an die zuständige Behörde wenden. Ein Widerruf berührt nicht die Rechtmäßigkeit früherer Verarbeitung. APIHA erreichen Sie unter support@apiha.ru.
8. Minderjährige
Wir fragen keine personenbezogenen Registrierungsdaten ab. Bei minderjährigen Spielern sollten Eltern oder gesetzliche Vertreter diese Richtlinie und die Zulässigkeit der Werbefunktionen mit ihnen besprechen. Aktivieren Sie keine Personalisierung für Kinder. 3. Publicité sur Android
Le jeu utilise Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. Le module publicitaire démarre et charge une annonce après un appui sur le bouton vidéo. Refuser de regarder ne bloque pas le jeu. Un visionnage complet peut accorder la récompense indiquée sur le bouton ; un visionnage incomplet ou une erreur de chargement ne l’accorde pas.
Lors de la publicité, Yandex peut recevoir l’adresse IP, des informations sur l’appareil, le système et l’application, des identifiants techniques et des données sur les requêtes, affichages, clics et erreurs. L’adresse IP peut servir à estimer la localisation. Ces données permettent la diffusion et la mesure publicitaires, la prévention de la fraude, le diagnostic et, si autorisée, la personnalisation. Le jeu désactive la collecte de géolocalisation précise par le SDK publicitaire et ne demande aucun accès aux contacts, au microphone ou aux photos pour la publicité.

4. Vos choix
Avant de jouer, nous vous invitons à lire et accepter cette politique. L’acceptation est enregistrée sur l’appareil avec la version du document. Une mise à jour importante peut nécessiter une nouvelle confirmation.
L’autorisation de publicités personnalisées est un choix distinct et facultatif, désactivé par défaut. Accepter la politique n’autorise pas en soi la personnalisation. Votre choix est transmis à Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. APIHA ne vend pas les sauvegardes et ne les transmet pas aux annonceurs. Lors du visionnage publicitaire, Yandex reçoit et traite des données, y compris avec les destinataires prévus par sa politique. L’emplacement des serveurs et les conditions de traitement transfrontalier dépendent de la politique du fournisseur et du droit applicable. Des informations nécessaires peuvent aussi être fournies sur demande légale des autorités compétentes.
Ouvrir la politique sur le site fait contacter apiha.ru par votre navigateur ; le serveur peut recevoir votre adresse IP et des informations techniques sur la requête. La page elle-même ne contient ni script publicitaire, ni compteur d’analyse, ni formulaire de collecte. Les liens externes sont soumis aux règles des sites concernés.
6. Conservation, sauvegardes et suppression
Les sauvegardes locales et réglages sont conservés jusqu’à leur suppression via l’appareil ou la désinstallation de l’application avec ses données. Android/iOS peut inclure ces données dans les sauvegardes système selon les réglages et règles du fournisseur. La désinstallation ne supprime pas toujours les sauvegardes existantes ; gérez-les dans les réglages de sauvegarde.
Le journal technique du jeu est limité en taille. Les durées de conservation du fournisseur publicitaire sont fixées par sa politique ; APIHA ne lui impose pas de durée propre. Al mostrar anuncios, Yandex puede recibir la dirección IP, información del dispositivo, sistema operativo y aplicación, identificadores técnicos y datos sobre solicitudes, impresiones, pulsaciones y errores. La IP puede usarse para estimar la ubicación. Estos datos permiten entregar y medir anuncios, prevenir fraude, diagnosticar problemas y, si se autoriza, personalizar. El juego desactiva la obtención de ubicación precisa mediante el SDK publicitario y no solicita acceso a contactos, micrófono ni fotos para publicidad.

4. Sus opciones

5. Transferencia de datos y enlaces externos
APIHA no vende partidas guardadas ni las comparte con anunciantes. Al ver anuncios, Yandex recibe y trata datos, incluso mediante destinatarios previstos en su política. La ubicación de los servidores y las condiciones del tratamiento transfronterizo dependen de la política del proveedor y la legislación aplicable. También pueden facilitarse datos necesarios ante requerimientos legales de autoridades competentes.
Al abrir la política en la web, el navegador contacta con apiha.ru; el servidor puede recibir la IP y datos técnicos de la solicitud. La página no contiene scripts publicitarios, contadores analíticos ni formularios de recogida de datos. Los enlaces externos se rigen por las normas de sus respectivos sitios.
6. Conservación, copias y eliminación
Las partidas y ajustes locales se conservan hasta eliminarlos mediante el dispositivo o desinstalar la aplicación con sus datos. Android/iOS puede incluirlos en copias de seguridad según los ajustes y reglas del proveedor. Desinstalar no siempre elimina las copias existentes; gestiónelas en los ajustes de copias de seguridad.
El registro técnico del juego tiene tamaño limitado. La política del proveedor publicitario determina sus plazos de conservación; APIHA no establece uno propio para él. Para solicitudes sobre datos de Yandex, use los contactos de su política. 2. Dados armazenados no dispositivo
O jogo salva progresso, configurações de som, aceitação desta política e preferências de anúncios. Um registro técnico limitado de ações e erros recentes ajuda a investigar falhas. Esses arquivos ficam na área de dados do aplicativo; progresso e registros não são enviados automaticamente aos servidores da APIHA. Não é preciso conta, nome, telefone ou e-mail para jogar.
3. Publicidade no Android
O jogo usa o Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. O módulo de anúncios inicia e carrega um anúncio após tocar no botão de vídeo. Não assistir não bloqueia o jogo. Assistir até o fim pode conceder a recompensa indicada no botão; exibição incompleta ou erro de carregamento não a concedem.
Durante os anúncios, a Yandex pode receber endereço IP, informações do dispositivo, sistema operacional e aplicativo, identificadores técnicos e dados sobre solicitações, exibições, toques e erros. O IP pode ser usado para estimar a localização. Esses dados servem para entrega e medição de anúncios, prevenção de fraude, diagnóstico e, se permitido, personalização. O jogo desativa a coleta de localização precisa pelo SDK de anúncios e não solicita acesso a contatos, microfone ou fotos para publicidade.

A versão atual para iOS não inclui SDK de anúncios; anúncios e suas recompensas não estão disponíveis nessa plataforma.
4. Suas escolhas
Antes de jogar, pedimos que leia e aceite esta política. A aceitação é salva no dispositivo junto com a versão do documento. Uma atualização significativa pode exigir nova confirmação.
A permissão para anúncios personalizados é uma escolha separada e opcional, desativada por padrão. Aceitar a política não autoriza por si só a personalização. A escolha é enviada ao Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. Desativar a personalização limita o tratamento correspondente conforme as capacidades e regras do SDK; isso não significa que a entrega de anúncios dispense dados técnicos.
Você pode mudar sua escolha em Privacidade, no menu principal ou de pausa. Pode optar por não assistir a anúncios. Para deixar de usar o aplicativo por completo, feche-o e desinstale-o.
5. Compartilhamento de dados e links externos
A APIHA não vende partidas salvas nem as compartilha com anunciantes. Ao assistir a anúncios, a Yandex recebe e trata dados, inclusive com destinatários previstos em sua política. A localização dos servidores e as condições do tratamento internacional seguem a política do fornecedor e a legislação aplicável. Informações necessárias também podem ser fornecidas mediante solicitação legal de autoridades competentes.
Ao abrir a política no site, o navegador acessa apiha.ru; o servidor pode receber o IP e informações técnicas da solicitação. A própria página não contém scripts de anúncios, contadores de análise nem formulários de coleta. Links externos seguem as regras dos respectivos sites.
6. Retenção, backups e exclusão
Partidas e configurações locais ficam armazenadas até serem excluídas pelos controles do dispositivo ou pela desinstalação do aplicativo com seus dados. Android/iOS pode incluir dados do aplicativo em backups conforme as configurações e regras do fornecedor. Desinstalar nem sempre remove backups existentes; gerencie-os nas configurações de backup.
O registro técnico do jogo tem tamanho limitado. A política do fornecedor de anúncios define seus prazos de retenção; a APIHA não estabelece prazo próprio para ele. Para solicitações sobre dados da Yandex, use os contatos da política dela. Se você nos enviar e-mail ou registro para suporte, usaremos o material para responder e resolver a solicitação, mantendo-o apenas pelo tempo necessário ou exigido por lei.
7. Proteção e direitos
Restringimos o acesso aos dados com proteções da plataforma e adotamos medidas razoáveis de segurança. Não é possível garantir segurança absoluta de dispositivos, conexões ou armazenamento. Conforme a legislação aplicável, você pode pedir informações sobre o tratamento, correção ou exclusão de dados, limitar o tratamento, retirar consentimento e recorrer à autoridade competente. 8. Menores de idade
